This Sunday the 6th of July at our 10.30am Morning Service we will be led by Assistant Pastor Steven Driver and Pastor Tim Gamston concludes the series, God's Love, which is drawn from 1 John. The key verse this week is 1 John 2:28 with a message entitled "How to abide in Christ". We return to John 15:1-17 for the reading.
The Christian life is a lifelong relationship of trust in Jesus.
-
It is a life that is both union and communion with Christ.
It is very easy to reduce our Christian life to just an intellectual agreement of the truth of the gospel, but that kind of “faith” fails to result in the kind of vibrant, spirit filled, Christlike life that God means for us to enjoy.
-
The life of faith, the life of abiding in Christ, is a life that results in obedience to Jesus.
-
It is a life that experiences Jesus' love, joy and peace.
The service will be live streamed on our YouTube channel and you can use the above blue "Join the Service" button to watch from 10.30am on Sunday morning.
